Basically, bought this bone stock, well kept '78 S30 about four years ago and have done nothing but destroy it ever since. Pic when I first got it: Threw some XXR's on it, looked horrible at stock height, but I had no clue what stance was back then so I didn't care. Lug nuts stripped after pulling wheels off and putting em back on a few times, wheel fell off driving down road, dented fender. I was stupid. Got a new fender, started an L28 NA-T build. Drove it for a few years, blew it up, and just swapped a stock L28 back in it. Plans were to drift it for a while, so I threw this Sparco in it: Then I got a Miata to drift instead, converted the interior to black, and did an S13 dash swap: Put it back to a stock dash, got some DC2 coils, and slammed it. Soooo... this is where it's at now. Slammed and very sunken. There'll be lots more updates! Plans are for 15x10's, ZG flares, exhaust, misc. bits and pieces. Stuff. You know. Quote Link to comment

Except I planned on drifting it BEFORE I slammed it, and after I got the Miata, I went all out on the slammed daily thing. So I never really planned on drifting it slammed. I understand proper suspension geometry and stuff, they just couldn't get it through their thick skulls that I didn't really CARE about the suspension geometry of my daily. Quote Link to comment

There is a lot of reasons why they don't accept stance type build threads over there, mostly because a lot of them are track guy's that care about their suspension and also know the danger of running a car too low, not only to you but to others on the road. I understand their mentality, I just think it's kinda jacked up that the majority of them won't accept anything BUT their idea of performance.
