520 front bumper

looking to buy a front bumper for a 520...i have one and it is pretty bad... do 521 bumpers work ? mine is a 67

Negative on the 521 bumper. Good luck on a 520 bumper

I think the 520 bumper is "rounder" at the corners than the 521 bumpers. I think in 1967 the front turn signals wrapped around the front and to the side of the front fender. The 521 front and side lights are separate.

My first Datsun was a 1967 520, single headlight. It had the "wraparound" turn signals.

I have a few Datsun 521 trucks. The earliest has a build date of 9/69. Is is slightly different that the next 521 I Have, build date 01/70.

 

Straightening a Datsun bumper is just like doing body work on sheet metal, except the hammers are heavier, the dollies are bigger, and you hit it harder.

I was quoted 400.00-500.00 to rechrome it.....

That seems like way too much money for that job, I will shop around
