Hello guys this is my first full build so bare with me..

I have started a 1969 goon build. it was dropped off to me yesterday, i checked it out a couple weeks back, and have been super excited to get my hands on it. the only issue that i seen it had was there was no radiator support! not a problem cool.gif

I had taken it off the keepers hands, and in the weeks i was waiting he had his welder handle the front clip and got evrything squared away.

so the pics that will follow are gutting and cleaning most of the inside of the cab!

As it started here in Datsunville

I was going to use this goon for parts to put Vics right hand drive goon together, once finished. But this 69 goon is really clean so I figured I would just put it together and sell it.

We mocked it up the a new front clip and Greg started welding.

Cool part was the factory location for the T/C rod mount was not cut in to. Our may concern was getting the hood and fenders to bolt on correctly.

Like stated the throttle stuff is for emissions, the stock dual point dist...

I have been thinking of re-wiring it to switch on a light at full throttle on the dash or under the car....out back.(Green) would that be legal...:P

I think a throttle light would better than a 3rd brake....lol

Love the wagon....nice clip. My buddy will be doing this soon to his.
