Laura11 Posted August 31, 2011 Author Report Share Posted August 31, 2011 so its been a while but i have been working on it... i have done all the bondo work to the gate, it is now ready for primer that is ordered, the hoods bondo is also done, now al i need to do is strip the paint off ti and it will be ready for primer as well, i am working on sanding down the aluminum slots i have as they were pitted and tarnished, i have 2-4 done and in the middle of the 3rd. Laura11 Posted December 28, 2011 Author Report Share Posted December 28, 2011 here are some updated photos of my truck... haven't had to much time to work on it but i am doing what i can. finished tailgate finally! stripped the back side, after primer and paint it will be getting a sheet metal or checker plate skin. started stripping the hood of the old paint the hood got quite a few skims of putty, but the last one had to get taken off as it was flaking because it got to cold and didnt cure some of the new parts that are going into my truck eventually. my shiny front bumper my new from Thailand rockers The third rim is finally finished and the fourth is on the stand with sand paper resting on it ready to go I also got a new brake master cylinder for Christmas!!!! as well as euro style tail lights!!! this is it for now i start with my second semester of school on the 9th so i hope to have the hood and tail gate in primer finally before then. 2 Quote Link to comment

Grahem Posted June 20, 2013 Report Share Posted June 20, 2013 well Laura is determined to make it to the all jap car show this year in Victoria so after changing the rad and tie rod ends, and bleeding out the rear brakes the truck should be able to make it down, now we just have to bolt the fenders and temp hood on.
