Floor pan drain holes

Recommended Posts

I recently had new floor pans installed on the driver & passenger foot wells of my 520. The original pans were corroded very badly. I now need to drill the drain holes. Does anyone have the measurements for the position of the holes? (I want to replicate the original pans as closely as possible.)

Thanks,

Keith

The measuements going from the side to the tunnel are with the tape pinned against the metal sill below the door, and the tape end was placed where the metal folds upwards towards the seat mount for the forward/back measurement.

Sitting in the seat, right hole, 5" forward from the bend upwards towards the seat.

My 66 520 has the larger holes also and the rubber plugs for the large holes were still available from Nissan last summer. The part # is 74942-04100. If this number is different then the number of the small rubber plugs then it is correct for the large rubber plugs. I am in Nevada and my receipts are in Arizona.
