Once it started it took me about 10 tries before it finally showed the Purchase screen. Then it was business as usual. But, I did hear that they messed up on previous offers by opening up early, Eastern Time, and messing up the West Coast members. 1 Quote Link to comment

Posted October 25, 2017 Report Share Posted October 25, 2017 So, I ran into Pete Brock and his wife, Gayle, at the California Hot Rod Reunion, they where there selling their Aero style trailers, while I was looking at Hot Wheels and stuff. We talked about some of the stuff that has been coming out and I touched upon the M2 Cars and why there was no BRE from them. Gayle, the Business end of BRE, told me that M2 asked, but, wanted to do it for free and not pay licensing to do the BRE cars. She told me there is some more stuff in the works, including doing stuff with Greenlight, and that it was a shame that M2 didn't want to pay to use the BRE name and scheme. She really likes their stuff, the detail is what she was impressed with, but did not want them to use their name and image for free. I agreed, but at the same time touched upon how much their Hot Wheels stuff is going for and she agreed, but, she also said they had worked hard for their name and it was not for free.
