Chris#51EPGraham
These three manifolds are ready to go except for actually installing air injector port NPT plugs. Gasket surfaces cleaned up. Header pipe stud holes are neatly drilled out so you can use common 5/16" stainless bolts instead of M8 studs. Stainless bolts will put an end the rusted stud nightmare forever. The air fitting holes are drilled out and tapped deep down to the edge of the exhaust passage for best possible flow. The extra depth requires using socket head NPT plugs, but I'm waiting to order these pending interest. I'm thinking $50 each + shipping, or $45 each + shipping if you want to go find your own NPT plugs. Victor Machinery has these in boxes of 100 @ about 30 cents each, but hardware stores won't generally have them. flatcat19
Do you have the downpipe to those manifolds? Link to comment
Chris#51EPGraham
Do you have the downpipe to those manifolds? Not really. I have a couple of the upper collector part that a good fabricator could build a new system off of. Here's an NOS one on Ebay for $26.99: http://compare.ebay.com/like/350451735016?var=bingv<yp=AllFixedPriceItemTypes&var=sbar&rvr_id=231533282590&crlp=1_263602_325002&UA=L*F%3F&GUID=5521608f12a0a02693b05690fffa20cf&itemid=350451735016&ff4=263602_325002 There are any number of machinists here on ratsun who can make header flanges, and pipe fabricators who could build an exhaust system off such a flange from scratch. Stock replacement downpipes seem to be NLA, but everyone wants a larger custom diameter anyway. Link to comment
flatcat19
That is not what I was asking about. I was asking for the Y pipe. Still have at least one of these though? And I'm assuming this is in fact an L16 manifold. 1 Link to comment
Unclejesse88
Do you have the downpipe to those manifolds? I think it is Mklotz that has the y-pipe flanges (three bolt/ two pipe) that you can build your pipe from. Link to comment

Link to Mklotz's profile and contact info. He also made a run of wheel bearing spacers for old trucks to solve an NLA bearing issue. Link to Mklotz bearing spacers thread is here. Link to comment
Chris#51EPGraham
That is not what I was asking about. I was asking for the Y pipe. By "upper collector part" I mean Y-pipe. The Ebay item I linked to IS a Y-pipe with the forward pipe section and middle muffler all in one piece, NOS. That seller knocked it down from around $79 to $26.99. I have two of the Y-pipes cut off short that a good fabricator could build a new system off of. They're nothing to write home about, but could be recycled. Still have at least one of these though? And I'm assuming this is in fact an L16 manifold. Yes, I still have all three of the A26 manifolds pictured. Also have a fourth one cheaper but not as good. These are all square port 4-2-1 L16 manifolds from 69 - 71-ish PL510's and a 1970 521 in one case. To my knowledge, they'll work fine on all square port L16's, L18's and L20b's because the exhaust port dimensions/bolt pattern remained the same on all those heads. They will not work on round port L20b heads from 1979-80. Technically, I should call them "4-into-2" since the Y-pipe is not included. I don't have any of the later ribbed 4-into-1 style left.
