sdsurf
In everyone's humble opinion what is the best option for a 521 radiator replacement? I have heard rabbit and even Volvo. I don't want to get crazy fabricating brackets or rerouting hoses, just a good quality setup. Quote Link to comment

Pacific coast Datsun
The stock one would be the easiest way, have a rad. shop take it apart & rod it out..cost bout $50. The VW scirocco ones work well & keep it kool,,but i believe new mounts need to be made & not sure on the hose fittings. Quote Link to comment
banzai510(hainz)
try NAPA Rods(Not so)Discount Datsun Parts http://www.rodsdatsun.com/ I would think with all the KA/SR conversions there would be tons of 510 radiators for cheap. the 510 radiator is the same for the 521 http://dimequarterly.tierranet.com/classifieds.shtml PS I would just start it and run it w/o the rad just for a minute or so.Long as you know it fires up!
