I'm older and not into half - assed attempts at figuring out solutions. Still absorbing everything. To do list so far: - Mirrors - side, rear. All suck and are janky. I replaced with units and fabbed up mounts that allow me to use the mirrors. - lots of slop in the pedal assembly - slack in the throttle cable - Itbs dont return to idle quick like im used to. - interior is beat - front end vibrates at speed. - have an oscillation noise that picks up with rpms. has to be associated with a rotating part behind me somewhere (driveshaft, cv axles, wheel bearings, etc) - brakes feel soft. Think this is due to combination of pedal travel adjustment, parts used, and master. - clutch travel / grab is weird. - snatchy driveline when on the gas/off the gas. Bushings? Best discovery so far? #2 runner on the "custom Danstoy intake manifold" is cracked. all the way around. like the only thing holding it to the intake manifold is the AE11 itb bank bolted to it and the #1 cylinder, and a nice wrap of electrical tape. Other than that, the car has a lot of nice hardware on it........ Don't believe everything you read on the internet. Coupla flashy videos with music doesn't show how much work a car like this still needs to be legit. onward and upward. Quote Link to comment

Cracked in two different places. 1/3 Fuel rail spacers was home made 🤨 - Welding up the intake now. - Planning to degrease the entire engine block and bay while intake is off - Degrease harnesses and connectors in the engine - Remove Janky wire wrap fro al engine bay harnesses, re-dress. May connectorize with some inlines to make serviceability better. - ordered new delrin spacer. - may PC the intake and velocity stacks if I can get the other wheels I have together in time to do a batch of parts. - get some sock filters (finally - someone suggested that many pages ago) - reinstall after above, next on the list. - Throttle pedal assembly - throttle cable tab is bent/barely attached to pedal arm. Reweld/box bracket for throttle cable, install. Attach roller to pedal armature. Upgrade pedal. Install Missing lowersteering column bolts/spacers.
