Do it yourself? Find a standard 810 with all the parts including a clutch and pressure plate, release bearing pilot bushing (buy new don't reuse) Also the flywheel, clutch and brake pedals with springs, bolts and linkages, clutch master, clutch slave and both the hard line and flex line. A 4 or 5 speed transmission with clutch arm and boot, shifter and dust boot. Cost? Whatever these thing cost. Maybe buy the whole car so you get everything at once.

 

Pay someone to swap? All the above plus paying for the labor. No upper limit really unless you have a mechanic in the family that you trust..
