Drifter
I have to say I love the beasic form of the b210, but there`s something about the design that puts me off. I think its the non-agressive front. So gotta find a way to make it cooler... I have been thinking of doing a headlightconversion of some kind. Has to be right for a 70`s car ofcourse. Maybe have two headlamps on each side, and change the grill? I`m also thinking of some sort of race-frontlip. I think the a golf 1 item should work. But the headlight... anyone done anytghing similar (pictures?) Quote Link to comment
izzo
only seen single myself, but wouldn't think it would be to hard to fab up something off a 620 or 510/521. Take a look around for headlight bucket pictures and maybe get a set of cheapy 620 ones and see what you can do to fab it up. Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
The front is sized for the larger single round lamps. What about later single square ones? The first year A10s were dual round but they changed to single round I think. What about a cut down A10 (later 510) grill and keep your single roung lamps? Quote Link to comment

If I recall correctly, they have the cartridge type headlamps that can give you brighter light. The are the flat glass, similar to BMW 3-series lamps. This gives you agressive looks with modern light upgrade all in one package. Quote Link to comment
Bleach
BMW 3-series projectors! 4 headlight setup :) Quote Link to comment

Driftastic210
so would this work on my 80 210 though, and what year 510 grill will work? Quote Link to comment
bonvo
leave it alone and put a front airdam on it your gonna end up mutilating the front of this nice car quad lights wont make it look "agressive" Quote Link to comment
Driftastic210
the square headlights are very unattractive to me. but out of curiosity where would i find an air dam? Quote Link to comment
RAlly_DatoB210
ive seen a 78 510 grill or similar year in a 210 for sale on craigslist a while back. ive got a spare if someone would be interested? was going to paint it just so i could have a stock one once i realized the paint job sucks to fall back on but if someone around here wants it just pm me. have headlight assys too with yellow highbeams. would look way better with the bumpers off. pulling mine once the weather improves. vw duck bill spoiler would definitely up the aggressive look too. hunting for one Quote Link to comment
Driftastic210
is the vw duck bill a pretty good fit? Quote Link to comment
RAlly_DatoB210
Wouldn't know from personal but I have heard it is anyways. I want to eventually drop a vg30et into my car throw on the 8in wide progressive rims I have bolt up some zg flares and call it good. That would be a lot more than just looking aggressive! But hey I'm just a dreamer. The grills free if you want it for fitty you can have 510 front lights and rears to complete the look. Lol Quote Link to comment
Driftastic210
would you mind shipping the grill? Quote Link to comment
RAlly_DatoB210
It's a huge ass chunk of plastic... Are you sure? Ha if you pay shipping and 5 bucks it'll be on your porch in a week lol. There is a split in it but installed it lines up and is unnoticeable. Still interested I'll walk down to the post office and see what I can do for you. Location? Quote Link to comment
