racerdad
Anyone, will it work? Thanks, Darrel Quote Link to comment
Bleach
it bolts up to the engine. The transmission mount is slightly further back. (1"?) Driveshaft splines are not a Nissan type. You will need the turbo 280ZX driveshaft and have that mated to your other Datsun driveshaft. Quote Link to comment

Are you sure about the splines on the drive shaft? cause Brandon (Fineline) has that tranny in his 620 and is using a Datsun driveshaft out of a 620 with the 12" front half from a automatic 620 or late long tail 5 speed,I think  Quote Link to comment
Bleach
I know the non-turbo 280ZX driveshaft does not fit the T5 tranny. I know the non-turbo tranny does fit the factory 620 driveshaft. I also remember Fineline put the T5 in his truck maybe he will find this thread and post specifics on what he did for the install. Quote Link to comment
Mark_Z28
I have both trans and can tell you for sure 100% that the regular non turbo yoke will not ever work on a T5 trans. Quote Link to comment
