I'm BLUE
Working on the chain, I couldn't quite get my sprocket on the cam so I decided I would try to take out my wooden steak for slack... Didn't work. And this was on my 280zx not the L20b. cool thanks ! yeah I figured as much ,,, I have a couple of L28's ,,, just wondering if there was a common occuring problem I didn't know aboot ! Sorry to hear the valve seat / valve / lash pad problem ! $175 seems like a pretty good price for repair/rebuild :D Quote Link to comment
bonvo
Yeah napa quoted me at $120 for just labor, but I have a eerie distrust for napa and their parts for some reason... why? ive found napa (well at least the one here) carries the best parts and has one of the best machine shops in town Quote Link to comment
MicroMachinery
My Napa here in town gets all my machining/parts business. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.. but I have heard that some other areas aren't as blessed as we are here.. :( Quote Link to comment
