Recommended Posts

Hi

You guys wanted more picks !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here are some old ones from building the rear end, I have been trying hard to finish this project ...............I really miss driving it,

But then I will have to sell my 1972 510 wagon, which I bought as a daily driver so I could take the truck off the road to finish.

OMFG

Is that a narrowed 240sx rear subframe?

Hi its Z32 rear diff , I got a complete rear end assembly cheap, it was crashed and the sub-frame was toast, also the Z32 rear end is about a nfoot to wide for the truck so I decided to make my own.

Thanks for your interest in my project.

Cold air intake

The real deal !!! .......................... not just some plastic heat shield to hopefully block engine bay heat from being sucked in buy your intake.

I ordered some silicone hose joints, they should be here tomorrow, then I can set it up and mark the tube to be welded into the box.

Killer Truck! Very unique for sure. I was looking at your welding table and saw the vice under the neeth and I was like WTF? I realise now that you can flip flop it? Aluminum on one side and steel on the other???? The Lotus looks purdy  Keep up the good work I will be watching and drooling!

Hi

Ya I would have just swaped the cab but I could'nt find one that was clean ,they were all rusty or smashed , and I did'nt want to buy a whole truck for a cab.

I added 16 inches, I think mine is longer plus I did'nt want the big back window, as I have a slider to go in and was originaly going to chop the top 3 inches.

Its easyer to chop the top from the bottom and with the small window its less work.

I am glad you like it , I have to get it finished soon !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really miss driving it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But I do have a nice 510 wagon to drive so I am getting my Datsun fix !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Fast720

Hi

Some members wanted to know how I installed the Supercharger, I built an adapter and the pullies are off wrecks, the one on the crank is a certain size to obtain the right amount of boost, its off a German car ..........................sorry guys .......................I try to keep it all Nissan.

The fuel and air is managed by HKS Pfc F-con and a Turbo ECU.

I hope this helps

Woah. What to say? Mad props and massive respect for what is happening in this build! That air box looks better than a factory job. It even looks like you angled the little hood vent to match the lines of the hood. And it is genius that you blew through the freakin fender to get even more cold air. Sooo clean. This is about the most attention functional detail I have seen on this site. It is a pleasure to watch it progress!

I just assumed you got a VG33er from a frontier or something and put it in here. This is way beyond man!
