Cookapoop Posted March 6, 2007 Report Share Posted March 6, 2007 brings back memories. I remember when i got my FJ 7 years ago and pulling the head off the first time 6 years and 11 months ago. Fortunately i had a large friend at my service and he and I both reefing on a half drive breaker bar persuaded the 91 lb/ft head bolts loose. The second time, 8 months ago, i pulled the head off I had a quite crafty "engine-stand anti-shifting device" and a 4 foot chunk of 2'' exhaust pipe. Good times had by all. Quote Link to comment

I'm assuming the dealership can order a set but is there any alternatives for certain parts?
