hey guys.

i just now decided to start a thread with the work ive done/had done to my car

 

its at a shop gettin the last final touches to get her up and running

 

i originally bought the car back in august.

original owner didnt tell me alot of stuff that the car needed and it being my first datsun. i didnt expect it to be this much work. well think again. lol

 

i had it at a shop for 3 months and the car barely got any work done. got in an arguement over work being done and the shop told me to come get my car that they werent doing any more work to the car and not giving me my money back.

so i am in the process of going to small claims court to get my money back.

 

heres some pics that are from when i first bought the car.

 

 

 

i no longer have the trunk spoiler as i let the originally owner borrow it to have a shop make a fiberglass mold and after our disagreements over him not telling me stuff needed to be done to the car he said" the shop with out of business and he cant get ahold of them to get the wing back"

im probaly missing a good amount of stuff on here but i think i covered the basics

this car has been a headache after headache but im excited to hopefully have it running this week.

 

i have way tooo much into this car as for i didnt really go cheap on anything i bought. considered all the options i could have gone with numerous parts but i chose to spend more money and not worry about failure down the road. i have wayyy to much money to get anywhere near that back so this car will be a car i will keep for a long time. and have more money dropped into it

 

also what i decided to pick up with my tax return money. since this was something i consider pretty rare to find.

i purchased a rhd swap for my car =]

 

came with steering rack, complete dash(except dash pad), pedal assembly.

we ran all new lines for the brakes and used the stock clutch master with the z32 brake master

soon i will upgrade the rear brakes to the wilwood 2 pots.

heres a pic before the dash pad, glove box ect when back on

 

 

i will take lots of picture of the car and post them once the car is completed and back in my hands

i found a guy who had the kit for sale

he had it imported from austrialia and was going to install it in his car. never got around to it and took the loss on the cost it costed him to have it imported here.

 

last thread i saw was back in 2004 for the same stuff

No it was a shop before where I have my car now. The shop I recommended u two now is doing good work

where did you purchase yours from? they made for the 240-280z?
