OL YELLER Posted December 1, 2007 Author Report Share Posted December 1, 2007 Well to answer a question posed here...(specifically to supradude...not a fascination with the mechanical gauges as such...BUT in the real world i really don't trust the idiot lights as I stated..so as you can see, i do use the mechanical gauges in concert with the lights on my yellow 73 620...the original reason for this post (way back) was my asking the question concerning the 1/8 BSP thread of the oil temp gauge..... as I am in the process of restoring (better yet "restifying" :upgrading) my 72 1/2 620 and had a bit of trouble rememberin g the thread and the reason we used certain procedures...
