chavezYchavez
Guys, I would love to find a single cab 620 4X4 and paint it in this scheme minus the rat decal now if I can only find a stepside bed what you think? CYC Quote Link to comment
slam_dat_sun
If I am not mistaken that bed is kinda home made, I am not sure but those look like chevy step side fenders. It would be pretty easy to build. Quote Link to comment

pharouh
Here's another Datsun stepside kit. The Revell kit has a Chevy V8 and a straight? front axle. The MPC kit is a little rarer, but has a 4 cylinder, poseable front wheels and a better bed.I'd love to find an original California Stepside for my truck.I wanted one when they came out in the 70's, but they were about $500. They're just a small metal box and some scaled down Chevy fenders and steps. Quote Link to comment
pharouh
Here's the real deal. I saved this one page brochure for 30 years. Hey.kinda looks like me driving. Well, back then maybe... Quote Link to comment

Lordmodelbuilder
The Revell step-side truck models always had the generic style beds. Here's a pic of a MPC Datsun that I made into a 4x4. Brad Quote Link to comment
bob72gts
If you are serious about building a full scale step side, these would be a decent place to start. You would still need to build the bed but that is the easy part. Quote Link to comment
