flyerdan Posted October 29, 2007 Report Share Posted October 29, 2007 If you can reach it with a mig gun, I've had favorable results by welding a nut to the broken part of the bolt. Just make sure that the nut is small enough that you don't weld the whole thing to the block. Another bonus is that the heat travels down the bolt and helps loosen any corrosion or other thread damaging conditions. Quote Link to comment
