Snug fit. Cut the posts off the 710 rails and tacked them to the Subi seat bottoms. Tried putting the seat rails on directly but the seat sat way too high. So only the two posts with threaded studs on the back and the two posts with holes for bolts on the fronts. This lowered it perfectly but took constant endless measuring to get them placed right and square. Took two tries to get right.... too far back and too close to the door. Third time out they got the final weld but it paid off with perfect drop in fit. The Subaru also has fabric covered seats minus all the electrical do dads and side air bag.

 

Had the driver's seat off yesterday and on the kitchen table. Hooked up my battery charger to the wires. There was sparking and definite draw of power but couldn't feel warmth cause hands were so cold and the kitchen so warm. Wired up a cig lighter plug and I guess the best test is driving and see.
