front sump sway bar

I can;t swallow spending $300 on a non adjustable front bar for my KA 510... anybody know of some either better priced or better value front sump bars? The AutoX at the DNBC show proved to me that my front suspension is far to soft.

It may not work due to width, but I know the 1981-84 Maxima has a front sump L-series with a really odd shaped sway bar that goes around the back.

The front struts and suspension are similar to the 510 as well.

DGR sells them on ebay for like $225 shipped. Not too bad.

 

You might be able to cut/section/weld a standard bar to work.

I got mine from Quickor for $225, and I think you can get one from MadDat (through Spriso) for about that much too.

I talked to a dude who used a BMW sway bar. He said it was slightly modified... Who knows how close it is :D Modified can mean quiet a few different things.

Quit being so bloody cheap and just buy the damn thing, for all the fucking around you are going to do trying to find one that quote unquote works or might work, you could just have the damn sway bar in there.

While you are at it, maybe some strut inserts that aren't blown out would help.
